Integrative psychotherapy helps clients grow beyond emotional injuries and limited beliefs learned about themselves in the past. Clients are then able to develop a nurturing compassionate relationship with themselves, and to create healthy relationships with others. Maureen supports couples who want to release unsatisfying relationship patterns. She helps them learn how to have loving relationships that include effective communication, mutual respect, appreciation, and trust. She enjoys helping people learn skills for active change to meet their goals, and to feel empowered about their lives.
Maureen is a certified practitioner of Integrative Body Psychotherapy, and is a registered dance movement therapist (DMT-R). She is also a clinical member of the California Association for Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).
